This research aimed to determine the conflict management style among PSHSWV Faculty. Twenty six(26) randomly selected teachers served as participants of the study . The simple random sampling method using a lottery technique without replacement was used. DuBrin's(1997) instrument on conflict management style was utilized to gather the data. Frequency counts, percentages, and ranks were employed to analyze the data. The study found out that "sharing" was the most dominant conflict management style among PSHSWV faculty and the least dominant style was "accommodation".
