This study aimed to determine the correlation between the level of awareness and practices of sex workers in Iloilo City on sexually trasmitted diseases. It was conducted at the social hygiene clinic, Tanza Iloilo, last March 13, 2015. An interview provided with a validated questionnaire, was conducted among selected sex workers at the social hygiene clinic. Statistical data shows that out of the 35 respondents, 17.1% were unaware of STD, 82.9% had good practice against STD, 97.1% used condoms, 85.7% had regular check up at the social hygiene clinic, and a total 14 respondents used prophylaxis. Using spearman's rho, analysis showed that there is no significant correlation between the level of awareness in the practices of the respondents.
