"It was the purpose of this study to assess the relevant Education and Services for the Community Upliftment and Empowerment(RESCUE) program of Eastern College, Incorporated. Specifically the study sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the organizational set up of the RESCUE Program? 2. To what extent has RESCUE achieved its purpose and objectives? 2.1 Are there significant difference in the achievement of the purpose and objectives according to the groups of respondent? 3.How adequate are the services rendered? 3.1 Are there significant differences in the adequacy of services rendered according to the groups of respondents 4. How adequate finance is the program? 4.1 Are there significant difference in the adequacy of the program finance according to the groups of respondent? The researcher hypothesized that: 1. The organizational set up of the RESCUE program is under the project director who heads a staff with their corresponding functions; 2.RESCUE has achieved its purpose and objectives according to the two groups of respondent; 3. The program has adequately rendered its services; 3.1 There are no significant differences in the way services are rendered according to the respondent; 4 The program is adequately financed; and 4.1 There are no significant differences in the assessment of the respondent regarding the adequacy of RESCUE finances. This descriptive- survey study made use of an evaluation instrument which was patterned after the instrument being used by the Cooperative Foundation Philippines, Inc (CEPI). Such CEPI instrument is used for cooperative capabilities of implementation, the project effectiveness, efficiency and viability. For the present study, the instrument was used to evaluate the adequacy of the services and finances, aside from looking into the extent to which the programs purpose and objectives have been achieved. The subjects of the study included all of the (15) members of the staff,and sixty-five (65) beneficiaries from the different federation-members and the staff of the special program. All of the 65 beneficiaries from the different federation-members and the staff of the special program. All of the 65 beneficiary-respondents underwent training under the program. The statistical tools that were used in this study were the Arithmetic Mean and t-test. "
