This descriptive study was designed to determine the most practices that work best inside this classroom. The participants of the study were 24 teachers in Sambag Elementary School. The independent variables include age, sex and length of while the dependent variables are the Classroom Management Practices. The data gathering instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were gathered,transcribed, interpreted to reach the findings from were conclusion and recommendations were drawn. Rank was used to determine which practices work best used inside the classroom. We choose the top six most preferred classroom practices.
