Abstract:

The researchers came up with to this study for the reasons that they are all residents in the Municipality of Miagao, and they want to help and conduct the study in their locality to find out the factors of readiness of the teachers in teaching MTB MLE in their community. The method of research used in this study was the descriptive which included the data and characteristics about a population being studied. The survey checklist served as the primary data gathering tool. The data gathered were tallied, analyzed, interpreted and validated by a professional statistician. The study found out that the teachers are ready for teaching MTB MLE in the Municipality of Miagao (Miagao East) in terms of personal, educational, and resources as indicators as presented in the results. The researchers have drawn the following conclusions based on the results of the study: Despite the differences in attitude of the teachers in the implementation of the MTB MLE, they still highly implemented the objectives, etc. Based on the conclusions drawn from the findings of the study, it is recommended that teachers need to be properly oriented, trained and supervised in the implementation of MTB MLE.
