Abstract:

This descriptive study aimed to determine the time management skills and strategies practiced by the BSHRM Faculty of WVSU. The respondents were the 32 BSHRM Faculty of WVSU Calinog Campus, Lambunao Campus, Janiuay Campus and Pototan Campus, who were conveniently selected using convenient sampling. The instrument used to gather data was a researcher-made questionnaire composed of two parts. Part I was a respondent’s personal data sheet, where part II was a 25 item questionnaire designed to know their time management skills and strategies. The findings revealed that the time management skills and strategies practiced by the BSHRM Faculty of WVSU was very good. When they were classified as to marital status, job status, length of teaching experience and educational attainment revealed very good in time management skills and strategies practiced. There is a significant difference in time management skills and strategies of faculty when classified as to marital status and length of teaching experience. There is no significant difference in time management skills and strategies of faculty when classified as to job status and educational attainment.
