This study sought to determine the extent by which the stakeholders have acquired the knowledge of and comprehend the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of West Visayas State University Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. This study, Acceptability Level of WVSU Calinog Campus BSHRM VMGOs was conducted at WVSU-CC on November 2014 to determine the level of acceptability of WVSU Calinog Campus Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management VMGOs among its stakeholders. This descriptive survey research utilized the researcher-constructed 5 point rating scale. The researcher – made questionnaire had fifteen items rated by the conveniently selected 70 respondents namely, 1. The words are clear and simple 2. The grammar and spelling are correct 3. The choices of words are appropriate 4. Content Addressing globalization 5. Content addressing development 6. The content reflects national goals on education 7. Gives school future direction 8. Shows ideals of the school 9. The content rationalizes course offering 10. The BSHRM VMGO, are acceptable to me 11. The VMGO represents hierarchy of aims of the institution 12. The VMGO expressed in the local language 13. The content is congruent to the educational practices and activities of the school 14. The content rationalizes what the student’s hopes to become in the future 15. The content clearly states the expected outcomes in terms of competencies, values and other attributes of the graduates. Results of the study showed that the entire group rated the BSHRM VMGO as “highly Acceptable”. The students, community/parents, administration, alumni, non-teaching staff, LGU and faculty rated them as “ Highly Acceptable”. Among the respondents, students ranked highest, next is the community/parents followed by administration then alumni then non teaching staff next is LGU and the last is faculty. When the respondents were grouped as to criteria of the BSHRM VMGOs, the respondents rated all the criteria as “Highly Acceptable”. “The VMGOs are expressed in the local language ranked as highest followed by the “Content is congruent to the educational practices and activities of the school”, next is the “word are clear and simple” then “the choice of words are appropriate”, and a tie between “contents reflects national goals on education” and “it shows ideals of the school” followed by the “BSHRM VMGO are acceptable to me” next is the “content addressing globalization”, “the rationalizes what the student hope to become in the future”, “ the content clearly state the expected outcomes in terms of competencies, values and other attributes of the graduates”, “the content rationalizes course offering”, “ the content addressing development”, “ the VMGO represent the hierarchy of aim of the institution”, it gives school future direction”, and the last “the grammar and spelling are correct”.
